Closing of 'Opt Out Window'

I am the ipcc (old) student appearing in November 2020 Examination but after giving second exam suffering from symptoms of covid (cold and fever) due to this not appearing in last exam and also not submit "Self Attachment form" on "opt out window" but now I want to opt out in current examination, the opt window are closed .

Please help me out how to opt out in current examination for January 2020 in current situation.
