I want to close my GST registration but there is an issue with it. I am yet to receive my GST refund of excess tax paid. Can I still close the gst account?

No.... If You want to claim refund then GSTIN will be live...

Thanks, but the refund is already sectioned, CGST amount is credited to my bank account only SGST is remaining.
