Can I close the firm without filling of the return..?

yes you can close without filing if there is no business your number automatically will be cancelled

Sir r u 100% sure.. Bqzz I read a article in this app that they will give u a notice and u have to pay all your liabilities...

Business is done but invoice is still is not issued... I will issue the invoice from another firm

but one condition if you want to continue after some time in the same number you have to file
