fast track insolvency under IBC 2016 is for the following companies
a. small companies
b. start up company (other than partnership firm)
c. unlisted company whose assets <= rs. 1 cr .

yes company can be struck easily on fast track basis provided the company must not have done any business in the last two years and the capital must be equal to losses,
