i have cleared ipcc may 2011 and started my articleship from august now due to some reason i want to terminate my articleship from present principal as per council's decision of within first year of training but my principal is not giving me transfer.i have filled form 120.
Whether i will be able to get transfer from present employer if even after receiving institute's letter as per form 120 he denies for giving trandfer? What else i can do for getting transfer?
