The NCLT have total 11 benches. One principal bench in New Delhi and ten regional benches each in New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. Even this regional benches have jurisdiction in that particular state and nearby states that are as follows:
- New Delhi: Union Territory of Delhi, State of Rajasthan and State of Haryana.
- Ahmedabad: State of Gujarat, Union Territory of Daman and Diu and Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
- Allahabad: State of Uttar Pradesh and State of Uttrakhand.
- Bengaluru: State of Karnataka
- Chennai: State of Tamil Nadu, State of Kerala and Territory of Lakshwadeep and Union Territory of Puducherry.
- Guwahati: State of Assam, State of Arunachal Pradesh, State of Manipur, State of Mizoram, State of Nagaland, State of Tripura and State of Sikkim.
- Hyderabad: State of Andhra Pradesh and State of Telangana
- Kolkata: State of West Bengal, State of Bihar, State of Jharkhand, State of Orissa and Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Island.
- Mumbai: State of Maharashtra, State of Chattisgarh, State of Goa.
