SEBI has received various representation from the Listed Entities and the auditing fraternity regarding difficulties in submission of Annual Financial Results within above time limit, more specifically being first time after adoption of the revised Schedule-VI.
Accordingly, SEBI has decided to, as a one time measure, restore the earlier provision for the time being for the submission of financial year 2011-12 Annual Results and review the situation at a later stage.
Accordingly, the listed companies can submit their financial results as under: Submit Unaudited Quarterly Results for the Quarter 4 results within 45 days of the end of quarter and also submit Limited Review report within 45 days and thereafter submit Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year as soon as they are approved by the Board.
Or
Submit Audited Financial Results within 60 days of the end of financial year along with last quarter audited results which would be balancing figures.
