30 April 2013If a charitable trust runs business and a portion of Income from the such business is utilized for charity activities and the other portion utilized for the benefit of its members can the 2nd portion can be claimed as deduction?

every portion can be claimed if the receipt of that busniess activity does not exceed Rs.25 lakhs...

The business is like fee collection (a clinic) so is it 25 lakh
