14 November 2014I am working in a goverment under-taking company. Company is deducting PF (employee) contribution of 12% of basic and PF (employer) contribution of 12% too. However, they are also deducting any about of Rs 400 (approxly 6.7% of total PF amount) as PF maintenance/ administration charges. Which I never heard off. Please suggest if such kind of charges are as per PF rules or not. If not, kindly suggest the remedy or actions needed to be taken on myside.

ther is no amount like that which should be deducted from employee salary
yes .125 % adminstration charges are there which usually a company bears itself...
400 rs is being deposited in ur pf or company is taking this amt frm u
