Clarification regarding cancellation is not submitted in due time

sir i received a notice for clarification regarding cancellation in sep 2019. but i failed to file clarification within due time. after i tried to file clarification then it will allowed on systwm as due time completed. i approached tax offi e also. this is not their login. i want to cancel my registration. please guide me.thanks in advance
