Please find enclosed herewith Circular issued by SEBI on September 06, 2010 regarding "Clarification on submission of Audit Report under Regulation 55A  of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996.

Thanks for the updation.

 

According to the above circular the terminology of Secretarial Audit is now changed to "Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit".
