A Pvt Ltd., Company has increased the authorized share capital for an amount of Rs.20Lacs in the month of March 2017 & has not filed with ROC. So, Please suggest me what is the procedure for filing with ROC???. Does it liable for any penalty as per the provisions of the Companies act, 2013???.

The company can file form SH-7 with additional fees.

Penalty is by the way of additional fees. You can check the fees at MCA website.
