Clarification filed yet showing 'pending for clarification'

Hi All,

With regards to a new GST registration, I received a SCN (show cause notice) meaning the officer needed additional clarification to which I gave by uploading additional documents, and filed it with EVC and yet the status is showing 'PENDING FOR CLARIFICATION' !?? It should have shown 'CLARIFICATION FILED - PENDING FOR ORDER' BUT it is still showing 'PENDING FOR CLARIFICATION'

This has happened twice already.

Any suggestions please on how to resolve this?
