I am in some doubts regarding to continue CA.

I registered CA Inter based on graduation and wrote exams during articleship period. Later I received PE-II registration number by ICAI automatically and wrote exams and did not get through. Now my query is

1. Which category of students i am covering either Sl No.1 or 2A as per Board of Studies announcement dt 06.08.10 in IPCC Conversion?

2. Whether i have to do articleship again after IPCC registration?

3. How long time will it take to appear IPCC exams after registration? or is it possible to appear exam held on Nov' 10 or May' 11?

4. Is it possible to write CA Final exam once IPCC completion or is there any time gap to appear CA Final?

Pls clarify which will able me to continue CA.

1. yes

2. as u said u have completed articalship ... u need not do it again. IF u have discontintued articalship i.e u DONOT have artical completion certificate ... u need to do remaining articalship ( PROVIDED U HAVE PASSED ANY OF THE GROUPS IN PE-II/ INTER OR WAIT TILL U CLEAR IPCC GROUP-1 )

3. First of all u need to complete 100hrs of ITT training to convert into IPCC, if u did not please register as soon as u can , as the seats will be limited. fees is 2000 ti ICAI, 4000 to chapter total 6000 apart from this u need to take a DD of Rs 1500 to convert. if all set and done u can write IPCC in NOV 2010 .

4. completed articals then no waiting next attempt Final ... lucky u :)
