Claiming itc after 30 th September of next fy

My clients has claimed itc of 19-20 , but the seller has not paid his gst liability.. And the clients has received a notice from department asking for reveals and payment.
Now if the seller pays their liability.. Whether the clients will still be eligible to claims full itc
