a person wants to add rental income in his acccounts and agreed to pay taxes, whereas
the house property is registered in his father's name also property tax receipts is in father's
name, so in such suiation is it tenable in law if the person claim rental income in his
account ?
If the tenant has given receipt and in receipt this persons fathers PAN is written then it will be an issue. Also all the receipts ar in fathers name so explainatin issue arises.
