Claiming deduction u/c VIA
Whether it is mandatory to claim deduction under chapter VIA in F. Y. 19-20, if a person invest/deposit 1. 4. 2020 to 31. 7. 2020 ? Or he can claim it in F. Y. 20-21 as he desire.

It's not mandatory, Assessee has a option to claim it in F.Y 2019-20 or in F.Y 2020-21 as per his/her choice.
