can we claim deductions on broadband allowance paid as a part of salary ?
TDS has been deducted on the same however.
(Broadband allowance stands at 2200 per month)

All allowances are subject to tax under salary except to the extent specified as allowable deduction / exempt
Thanks for sharing your knowledge sir, sir what about the bills of same were to be submitted ( for Rs.1000/ per month ) can we claim deduction then or its just all allowances are subject to tax ?
