Claim refund by ITR for A.Y 2022-23
I have not filed income tax return for A.Y. 2022-23 and my company has deducted TDS for A.Y. 2022.23 so how to claim refund? can I file income tax return for refund?

You may use the option condonation of delay. Filing may be done under section 119 after obtaining approval from IT Dept
