Hi All,
While remitting the money outside India, some time we have to deduct the TDS.
My question is that whether that foreign company could claim the TDS certificate in their tax liability ?
While filing online quarterely TDS return, in PAN column what to enter by Indian company ?

Dear Amit,
Foreign company can claim tds in their tax liability if it is liable to pay tax in india otherwise tax laws of its country will direct whether tds will be deducted or not. Indian company should enter PAN no. of Foreign Company. please write me mail if do you want to more clarification sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com
