Claim of Foreign Tax Credit

Is Claim of Foreign Tax Credit applicable to companies?

WE are earning payment from Oman/Qatar for Technical services and they are cutting 5-10% Withholding tax and only the balance is paid, It is learned that we can claim this with Form67.

Is that so for companies or only for individuals?

If some help with full procedure, it will be grateful
