I forgot to submit my LTA claims in compnay. Can I claim LTA while filing return ?

If Yes, should i just deduct it from income from salary in ITR 1?

Do I need to file it using ITR 2? If yes, which section / schedule ?

Yes, you can claim while filing the return. You need claim exemption under section 10 from salary in ITR-1 it self. Not required to file ITR-2.
