As I have my Proprietary Business registered in gst. I need to travel to all over in India and a few trips to outside India.
so the query is can I claim ITC for the flights taken to and fro, and also for jumping flights, and for the hotel stay because I have to keep meeting people for my business.
please let me know the solution and also where can I get to read about this .
Yes, You can take ITC if the travel is actually a business travel..
Provide your GSTIN to the airline company and the gst amount will reflect in your GSTR 2A. you can avail ITC in your GSTR 3B..
Refer Section 16 of CGST Act, 2017 regarding eligibility for ITC..
