yes you are eligible to claim input credit of IGST paid on bill of entry but your GST No. should be mentioned in the Bill Of Entry
"Input tax" as defined in section 2(62) includes IGST. Hence the same can be claimed as input tax credit. However no credit shall be available against the Customs duty
