Claim for tds in case of huf

my father started a huf which we were having a bank a/c which was demorted due to no operation after his death now there is a refund in that huf a/c how to claim  even the pan card also being misplaced so as to open a new bank a/c in same name and claim is there any option to claim the refund  or get a new pan in same name with new karta
