can we take credit where civil work used in case of repair and maintenance.

Yes credit if available.
If repair is capital in nature and debited to asset, then ITC is not available.
If repair is capital in nature and debited to asset, then ITC is not available.

Yes u can claim ITC if the nature of expenses is of Repair. If it is capitalised then No itc
