Circular / Notification that mentions disallowance of ITC - IGST invoice for intra state supplies

Dear sir / madam,

Please share GST Circular / Notification No. with Dt. of Issue / Publish, for a circular wherein it is stated that ITC against an IGST invoice issued towards local supplies (within same state), will be disallowed.
