You are at half way to success so better to take one big course at a time.. CIMA is comperatively not easy so if you postpond it after CA then it will be easier for you to concentrate on one course at a time.
One more benefit you will get is excemption in certain subjects in CIMA if you are CA.....though i can not guide you on wether you are allowed to go for CIMA together with CA Inter.

Hey guys, actually I have not posted my question correctly. I have completed only one group in old Inter CA. Now the Inter course is discontiniued, so if I want to continue my CA course, I will have to start from scrath, which I do not want to at this point of time. hence I thought of starting CIMA course. Here I need some guidence on which course to take up and tenor, also my entry point will be aht since one group is completed.

if u don't feel like continuing CA.. go for CIMA.. ur starting point would be from Operational level n tht will be based on ur graduation not on CA inter.. fully qualified CA can take the CGA route n get upto 11 exemptions but otherwise u will only exempted from Certificate level papers.. CIMA is also a very good course n internationally recognised.. so u can definitely consider doing it.. n in my opinion u must go for CIMA
