its not compulsory if your previous year income is less than 10,000/-. But you can file nil return.
no itz nt compulsory to file a return when the income in 1st A.Y is nil...
bt if the return were filed earlier than it is beeter to file ...
otherwise in coming A.Y u vl Have to File it in a NEW CASE...
