Easier said than done. Logic and feelings don't go hand in hand. You don't choose how you feel... you can control your actions not your feelings. You can decide not to give in to your feelings... but that's about it.

So true....if we blame others for our feeling we are giving remote control of our like in their hands and they can play with as they want. Take responsiblity of your feeling and feel the power of the postive feelings and also negative feelings will go away. Thank you Gautam da.
