Child education allowance received 27000/- During FY 2018-19 It is taxable or not.

you can claim CEA Rs100 per child up to two children.
in addition to this, if you have made expenditure on tuition fee, you may claim the same in 80C.

You can't claim the education fee allowances under sec 80C. Bcoz, it's not a tuition fee...
But,
You can claim Rs. 100/child per month as per Mr Rajan Kumar's view...
