GSTR-4 for Oct-Dec quarter is now available in the portal. But you may face an error 'Checksum validation: Failed' while try to offset liability using 'the option 'Utilise Cash'. Please response if you are also facing this same problem.

It is a technical issue. Only GST Authority can solve this problem. You may also send an email regarding this problem with screenshot to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in.
