Can we claim credit under Chhattisgarh Vat Rule, on bearing used in machinery of a chemical manufacturing factory.?

As per sec13 of the Act purchase of goods for/in the manufacture are eligible for input tax credit. Bearing used as machinery parts can b taken as goods used for manufacture and the tax paid on its purchase can be claimed as input credit.......mjk
