11 November 20161. Do registered charitable trusts have to have PAN?
2. Do registered charitable trusts need to file income tax returns? If yes, which ITR form? Slabs? Rates?
Note - the question is about trusts which have normal registration certificate, but no special exemption certificates (if there is anything like that)

1. Yes, before starting any activity.
2. Yes, ITR 5, slab differs upon its type and corpus utilized.
