1. Do registered charitable trusts have to have PAN?
2. Do registered charitable trusts need to file income tax returns? If yes, which ITR form? Slabs? Rates?
Note - the question is about trusts which have normal registration certificate, but no special exemption certificates (if there is anything like that)
