What is the process for register for Charitable Trust, Society Under Sec 12A of Income Tax Act.
Replies (1)
an NGO ( CHARITABLE TRUST) should make an application to the Commissioner of Income Tax for registration of the NGO. Such application is to be made in Form 10A. Find attached FORM 10A.
