Before registering to Income Tax Department,where shoud i register the charitable trust in west bengal??

Dear Ritesh,
Yes, You have to register the trust before registering under income tax act, you can register trust under soceity act, and trust act or companies act,

Don't about west bengal process, but generally charitable trust is registered at Charity Commisioner's office the particular district.
