THERE IS A TRUST / CHARITABLE INSTITUTE WHO HAS NOT FILLED THE ACCOUNTS WITH CHARITY COMMISSIONER SINCE 2000-2001. THE ACCOUNTS ARE READY TILL DATE . BUT THE PROBLEM IS FOR THE YEAR 2000-2001,2001-2002,2002-2003 THE ACCOUNTS ARE PREPARED AND SIGNED BUT THE CA WHO HAS AUDITED THE ACCOUNTS IS NOT CO-OPERATING NOW FOR SUBMISSION OF ACCOUNTS. ANY OTHER CA REQUIRES THE DOCUMENTS SO THAT HE CAN AUDIT THE ACCOUNTS AND CERTIFY THEM. BUT THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE SINCE THEY WERE SPOILED IN HEAVY RAINS. DUE TO PROBLEM IN SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS FROM 2000-2003 TRUST IS NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT THE FURTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE FULLY UPDATED AND CERTIFIED.

WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD TRUST SUBMIT AND HOW CAN THIS PROBLEM BE SOLVED ? AS THE TME PASSES BY THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ARE INCREASING.
