Charging gst in first invoice

I have registered under GST Regime in Sep 17 as Rent a cab oprator. Now the problem is that my service agreement doen't mention that invoice will include GST so if the invoice is to be accepted by client I won't be able charge GST in invoice. So what are the consequences if I don't charge GST in this invoice and what is the solution for it?
