what is register of chg to maintain at registered office in form chg 7 and what type of details required in it and how a company secretary can identify charges made by company indivisually

Yes CHG 7 register of charge needs to be maintained at reg office.
containing details of charges on the company's assets like type of charge, date of creation, details of the property/assets charged, and the names of the charge-holders.
company secretary can review various documents, such as loan agreements and related docs,mortgage or debenture trust deeds property title deeds, equipment agreements ,records of filings with the ROC etc
There are two types of charges floating and fixed.
Ok but can you suggest difference between charges and deposits as I read any amount taken from bankers,or other any person is a deposit and such deposit may be secured by charges so in Deposit details in DPT 3 form may some items which are in charge register। or deposit means only unsecured loans and deposits
Floating charges can be converted to fixed charge.
