charge creation

mine is a pvt ltd co.
hv taken a loan on 3 properties
1 is the property of the company and rest 2 properties are in the name of directors.
my question is :
in CHG -1 whether the details of all 3 properties are required to be mentioned or only details of the company's property is required?
