Weather Form 8 in respect of Charge creation is required to be filed for guarantee also or only for security?

in case of gurantee it is not necessary to file form 8 but the banker may insist for filling form 8.

It is very much necessary and mandatory to file form 8 for guarantee given by the company since its creating charge on the assets of the company.
