actually I supposed to ask are charitable institutions reg under 12a eligible for claim these deductions ??

Secc 80G is applicable to any assesse

Sec 80G(5C) applies only if trust or institution is established in india for charitable purpose. They have to fulfil certain condition.. You may refer sec 80G (5C)
