I migrated from service tax to GST in 2017. I am a service provider (intra-state local online advertiser. No inter-state supply). My turnover very less & want to switch over to composition levy scheme FY 2019-2020. 32 GST council allows service providers to change to composition scheme. Today 31 March last date to switch.
1) Can I change to Composition scheme?
2)If so, I should submit CMP-01 or CMP-02 ? Very confusing. (I migrated to GST in 2017)
3)For Provisional GST holders, composition levy is effective from "Appointed Day". What is Appointed Day?
4)Do I have to give up any ITC I availed between 2017-2019 till now?
Very confusing. Please Help.
