Changing of ITR form.
Individual assesse has filed ITR 3 in last 3 assessment year. Assessee is not covered under audit. Assessee is has opt for presumptive taxation u/s 44AD during last 3 year but has filed ITR 3 instead of ITR 4. Now from this assessment year can he file ITR 4 instead of ITR 3?

Yes. You can file if it if You are opting for preemptive taxation
