Changing in GST Registration?
I have registered under gst as a sole proprietorship firm, is this possible to amend the same to partnership firm and can i also change the name of the business or do i have to file a fresh registration for it ? If yes then what is the procedure for amending the existing registration ?

you can change name by amending trade name field. as GST pan based one can't amend constitution
