hello all.. is there any change in ca final audit syallbus and specially in professional ethics. because most of the clauses in part 1 of first schedule have link with old companies act .. thanks
Regardin audit syllabus..sec 128 to 148 of comp act'13. And also sch3 b/s format may in audit paper. Material on these sections download supplement material from icai site. Its there in bos knwledge portal area. If u want G.Shekar audit material on these new sections...its gud in point wise manner. I wl send or wl upload here. Let me knw if u want. But b4 that, download icai supplement material and check.
