i wanted to know that for may 2014 or nov 14 attempts, what changes will be in DT & IDT, i mean what do you think DTC will come in force or it will be the same syllabus (central excise, customes Act)?

Chances for DTC is very rare.. I suggest u can start reading the current sylabus.. Even if DTC & GST becomes applicable u should the basics to appreciate the change.
