What would the changes be in CA Final Syllabus for Nov 2017 exams? Will the new syllabus be implemented? Will GST be applicable?

that we have to wait till april, atleast, to know...institute has time to announce it by apr 2017... in my wild guess, the chances of new syllabus is less in nov
