its not a rumor it is given in the site of surbhi mam, as it not change by the icai only change in the mam book of feb edition.

saroj , i have rtp for may 2014 & pm for jan 2013 edition but , i come to know from surbhi mam's site that there is lot of changes in audit ( bank audit, NBFC ,GIC,Peer review ) so is it rumour ? b'coz no amendment in rtp 2014 is given.
As per Surbhi Mam Website deceleration
All CA Final students appearing in May 2014 attempt, having my old book are advised to do at least following chapters from my latest February 2014 edition book to be released on 16th February in the market: 1. Bank Audit (major changes in investment norms, NPA, NPI, Securitisation of assists, Sale of NPA, Debt waiver schemes etc.) 2. Audit of GIC. 3. NBFC 4. Peer review (Major changes as per revised statement on Peer review). 5. Clause 49. 6. Audit of members of Stock exchange ( Few updations in other chapters too).
Mam i atking about her book updation its not any amendments by ICAI or in any other regulation.
So al guys make sure there is no such amendments except RTP provided.
