Changes/amendment in partnership deed

Dear Forum, I need to know one thing how can i incorporate changes to the existing partnership deed. I have recently change principal place of business and added some more work to my business. How to make changes should i make supplementary deed or amendment deed covering old all provisions or fresh deed? please suggest thanks
